|Remember that part of being a Triple-Impact Competitor® is to help the team do well by making your teammates better. As we've discussed before, filling each others' Emotional Tanks always helps.
One more way to do that is to use what we call a "Winner's Circle" after each game. After the game, we'll form a circle and you will get the chance to tell teammates the good things they did during the game.
For us to have a great Winner's Circle, it's important that each of you keep an eye on your teammates during the game. Try to remember some things your teammates do that you will want to mention after the game.
Remember, this praise is supposed to be truthful and specific. Also, try to look for something other than the obvious great plays. Your teammates' effort - even if it's unsuccessful - is worth noticing and praising.
Our PDF this week contains additional Reflection-Discussion Topics, including: What will you have to do during the game in order to be able to share good things your teammates did in the Winner's Circle?
